Church House Concerts Registration
Church House Concerts are not public events, they are musical parties held in a private residence. Because of this, the registration process is more complicated than simply buying a ticket at a public venue. If you want to experience the ultimate in area live music listening rooms, follow the directions below. If you are not comfortable with this process, please follow the links provided to our performers' touring schedules to see them at a public venue instead.

Since our musical friends perform for a living, we hope that each guest will help us pay the performers by donating at least the Suggested Artists Donation amount. To help us avoid having more guests than we can accommodate, and so we don't have to deal with money during this private musical event, we invite you to make your donation in advance by check. This helps us know when we have to stop accepting RSVPs, and helps us avoid nasty book-keeping chores at parties we'd rather sit back and enjoy. At this time, Church House Concerts is NOT registered as a not-for-profit organization, so your donations are NOT tax-deductible.

Because you will be a guest in our home, we request that all attendees provide us with all of the information listed below. This information will not be distributed to anyone else, and we'll do our best to keep the number of our mailings to you to a minimum, and focused only on these musical events or other events we think you might want to know about.

1. For each show you'd like to attend, copy everything between the dotted lines into a new email message, and address it to rsvp@churchhouseconcerts.org.

Please create a separate message for each show you wish to attend.

2. Delete the lines below that refer to shows *other than the one you wish to register for* in each separate message.

4. Do the math. Multiply the number of people in your party by the 
Suggested Artists Donation amount. Insert the total Donation amount 
for each event here:

5. Please make your check for this amount payable to John Friedlander, NOT Church House Concerts! Please write the concert date or artist name and the number of people in your party in the memo field on your check.

6. If possible, print out a copy of this new message, and clip or staple your check to it. Mail it along with a signed release for each member of your party to:

Feel free to include multiple concert registration forms and checks in a single envelope, but please create a separate form and a separate check for each concert. Sorry, we don't accept credit cards.

7. Email the message(s) to us at rsvp@churchhouseconcerts.org. The email gives us an early/easy way to keep track of a tentative count, and tells us to watch for your mailed release(s) and check. Once we've received your release(s), we'll send you a detailed confirmation message including directions to our home by return email.

It's always a good idea to send the email before you mail your release(s) and check. Sometimes our shows fill up quite early.

If an event is postponed or cancelled, your donation will be returned in full. If you give us more than 24 hours warning of a change in plans, we'll do our very best to be flexible. If you have to cancel prior to the show, consider donating your seat to our Seat Sponsorship program, in which music and art lovers whose budgets can't accommodate the donations are seated. If you simply don't show up for an event, we thank you for your donation.
